Refund Policy

Returns
You have 14 days to cancel your purchase. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned, products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care products

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2 weeks.

Exchanges
We do not replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same article, send us an email to support@dite.nu


Shipping
Send an email to support@dite.nu and we will be happy to help you return your item with our agreement with PostNord, return shipping will be charged.
NOTE, packages that are sent with their own courier companies or with their own agreement, it is the responsibility of the customer that the package has reached our warehouse at the correct address specified.
