Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of placing the order, depending on the customer's location and the fastest available service. The typical delivery time is between 1-3 business days.

For customers located in Sweden, the company offers free shipping and uses Postnord for deliveries. Customers will receive a tracking number via email and the package will be delivered to the nearest post office. Different delivery options are available at checkout:

  • Postnord Varubrev: 1-2 business days
  • Mypack Collect: 1-2 business days
  • Home Delivery: 1-2 business days (Note: If no one is home, the package will be left outside the door)

For customers within the European Union, a shipping fee of 299 SEK is charged and deliveries are made via Postnord. Customers will receive a tracking number via email.

For international deliveries, DHL is used and customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or taxes. The customer will also be responsible for paying any applicable VAT. Delivery time for international orders is 5-7 business days.
