I just placed an order, when will it be sent?
We do our best to send out articles as soon as we can. The average delivery time is estimated to be between 1-3 days. However, delivery times can vary mainly depending on where in the country you live, and whether it is a major holiday at the time of order. I am not satisfied with in my order, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?
We offer 100% repayment guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send back to us for a full refund. Once we have received the product, we will refund your entire original purchase. Please enter all names and order numbers on the returned package. If your package is on the way, you have to wait for it to arrive before you receive a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You must cancel your order before it is sent. If the article has already been sent, use our simple return system to get full refund. However, you must be responsible for the return shipping cost.
