I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We do our best to ship items out as soon as we can. The average delivery time is estimated to be between 1-2 days. However, delivery times may vary mainly depending on where you live, as well as if it is a major holiday at the time of ordering. If you have any further questions please email us at support@dite.nu.
I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% refund guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Once we have received the product we will refund your entire original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on the returned package. If your package is on its way, you must wait for it to arrive before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, use our easy return system to receive a full refund. However, you must pay for the return shipping cost.
What currency are the prices I see on the website?
You can easily switch to the currency you want to pay with in the currency selector that you can find at the top of the homepage.
I've provided an incorrect shipping address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or automatically filled in an incorrect address. When you discover that the address provided is incorrect you should notify us via email at support@dite.nu. If the address provided is incorrect we can change the address to the correct address within 24 hours.
