You who are a private person have a 30 day right of withdrawal/exchange right when you shop at Dite.Now. This means that you can return undamaged, goods with original packaging within 30 days of receiving your package.

Companies should investigate the goods in connection with the reception and advertise any errors within a reasonable time. Errors that occur can then be advertised within the warranty period. Otherwise, we refer to the respective manufacturer or service position.

Private person, who utilizes his right of withdrawal, pays the shipping cost of the returned item. In case of errors in the product, we refund the return shipping and what you paid for the injured or incorrectly delivered item provided we cannot send a new item to you within a reasonable time.

Instructions:

  • This instruction applies to all types of return request. Return shipping slip and return QR code is valid for 5 days and the return must be available to us within these days.
  • We will contact you by email as soon as your request has been received and checked.
  • Upon return, all products must be returned in original packaging complete with all accessories.
  • Remember to always send the product in outer packaging so as not to damage the original package.
  • Pack the goods well to avoid damage. 

 

  • Note That if you do not pack the shipment well enough to avoid damage during transport or do not show reasonable care about the products, we may deny that the request for regretted purchase. Otherwise, upon receipt of the products in undamaged condition, we will refund the entire purchase sum to the card or method originally used for the purchase.

 

  • Note that some of our products are classified as hygiene items. For these products, special return policies apply that you need to know before making your purchase.

Products classified as hygiene items:

The following products are regarded as hygiene articles and are covered by special rules on returns:

- Dite Window pillow tablet

- Microfiber cloths for window cleaning robot DiteWinba PRF25

- Microfiber cloths for window cleaning robot Ditewimba FPR20

- side brushes to robotic vacuum cleaners

- Main brush to robot vacuum cleaner

- HEPA FILTER TO ROBOT DAMAGE


Due to the nature of the products and to protect all of our customers' health and safety, we only accept returns of hygiene articles if the seal is not broken. If the seal is intact and you wish to return the product, please read return instructions and contact our customer service

 

Note: Packages that are sent with their own bid companies or with their own agreement, it is responsible for the customer that parcels have reached our return warehouse at the correct address specified.

Attach a copy of the return confirmation in the return and send it to us.

    • Uncounced packages will be charged a fee of SEK 299. This fee is also charged for cancellation that has been made after the order has left our warehouse. 

     

    To what extent can I test the product to determine if I am satisfied or if I want to return it?

    When you shop from Dites webshop, you can try the product gently at home to evaluate its properties and function. For example, if it is a vacuum cleaner, you can start it and use it on a table and test.

    However, it is important to note that if you decide to use the product over a longer period and perform a comprehensive cleaning of your home for several days, this is no longer considered a test. If after such use you still want to return the product within the cancellation period may Dite request a compensation for any reduced value of the product that may have occurred due to your extensive use, which was not reasonably necessary to assess the product. Value decrease is assessed by Dite Authorized and competent personnel.

     

    Refund and right of withdrawal

    We return your money as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days after the item has reached our warehouse. 

    If we have not received the item, we reserve the right to retain the refund until we receive the goods or documentation that the item is returned.

    Note: If the value of the goods has reduced, we reserve the right not to repay the full purchase price. The depreciation is valued, among other things. Based on the following conditions (not exhaustive list):

    • The product can no longer be sold as new
    • The item has been damaged/scratched while you were responsible for it. Please note that it is your responsibility to document the condition of the product eg. with image proof next to it that we receive it.
    • You have handled the item in a different way than what is compatible with the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
    • You have not followed the restrictions on the right of return
    • Return shipping slip sent at the request of the customer.

     

    Price

    The prices for our products will be clearly stated on our website at any given time. We strive to ensure correct prices at any time. However, please refer to paragraph 3.3 below for information regarding incorrect price information for a product that you have ordered.

    1.1 The prices for our products may change from time to time, but these changes will not affect already confirmed orders with a delivery confirmation.

    2.2 The price for a product includes VAT, in accordance with the current VAT rate at the time of your order. If you are a trader and the value added tax rate will change between your order date and the delivery date, we will adjust the VAT you pay, except if you have already paid the entire sum for the products before the changes in the VAT rate enter into force.

    3.3 Dite.Now offers a large selection of products on our website. Despite our best efforts, in some cases, there may be incorrect prices for products. If we find that there is an error in the pricing of a product, we will inform you about the error and give you the opportunity to either buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. We will not process your order until we have received your instructions. If we cannot reach you through the contact details you have provided in your order, we will consider your order as canceled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been identified by you as an incorrect price, we will not offer the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price

     

    Circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure)

    4.1 We are not responsible or guilty of not being able to perform, or delays in the execution of, any of our obligations under the agreement caused by circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances outside our control are defined below in paragraph 15.2.

    5.2 Circumstances beyond our control involves any action or event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strike, lockout or other industrial action from a third party, civil disobedience or riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threats of or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemics or other natural disasters, or errors on public or private telecommunications networks or obstacles to the use of ships, aircraft or other forms of public or private transport.

    6.3 If a circumstance beyond our control occurs and affects our fulfillment of an obligation under the agreement:

    (3.1) We will contact you as soon as possible to notify you; and (b) Our obligations under the agreement will be postponed, and the time for fulfillment will be extended throughout the duration of the circumstance beyond our control. If a circumstance outside our control affects our delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date after the circumstance outside our control has ceased.

    The terms of this agreement can be changed without notification.
